The public is invited to celebrate the opening of the new park at Chain of Rocks Bridge April 14 from 2-4 p.m.
Several new developments are taking shape in Tower Grove Park, including the restoration of a historic stream, expanded areas for educational programming, and the rehabilitation of many of the park’s pavilions — all projects that are part of the park’s 2017 master plan.
