JAN. 31, 2011 -- As freezing rain, sleet and snow descend upon the St. Louis area, many event coordinators are canceling events due to unsafe road conditions. At St. Louis Sprout & About, we'd like to remind you to use common sense when it comes to travel during this winter storm.
