FEB. 7, 2012 -- St. Louis Mills invites families to experience Seussville. The Mills promises a whimsical trip through Seussville, including story time, a parade, create your own parade hat, Dr. Seuss activity books, prizes and more. The one and only Cat in the Hat will be making a special guest appearance and kids will take home festive goody bags.
