DEC. 1, 2011 -– Nickelodeon’s Dora the Explorer, a favorite animated character of children, will meet and greet kids at four area malls this weekend. Families are welcome to bring their own cameras and take photos with Dora. Dora invites children to visit this Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, at the following locations:

Friday, Dec. 2
Chesterfield Mall, Food Court, Clarkson Road and Highway 64/40, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mid Rivers Mall, Food Court, Off I-70 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 3
South County Center, Upper Level Sears Wing, near Playtown, Lindbergh Boulevard and Lemay Ferry Road, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

St. Clair Square, Lower Level, Macy’s Wing, I-64 and Route 159 (Fairview Heights, Ill.), 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

"This is a special holiday event, and we are delighted to invite area families to visit with Dora while they do their holiday shopping,” says Sean Phillips, regional marketing director for the CBL malls. "It’s a great chance to create a special holiday memory for the entire family.”
